Amendment 0002 extends the bid opening date to 15 September, 2020 ****Amendment 0001 provides updates as reflected in Projnet Inquiries The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for large batch concrete and related materials and equipment in support of runway expansion and repair at an undisclosed Coalition base in Helmand River Valley, Afghanistan. Specific location and site information will be provided to the successful offeror upon award. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as an Invitation for Bids for a Firm-Fixed Price Supply Type Contract. The work consists of the supply of concrete from a localized batch plan to specified work locations on the base in Helmland Provence, Afghanistan. The requirement also includes related materials and survey and placement equipment as outline in the attached bid schedule and equipment specifications. The material will be placed utilizing troop labor and no labor or services will be required by the contractor beyond that required to produce, test, and transport the materials. ***Amendment 0001 incorporates clarifications addressed in RFIs***
