This project is located at an existing airfield in northeastern Syria near the vicinity of Rumaylan. Work consists of the construction of relocatable building (RLB) barracks and latrines/shower facilities, and the respective potable water, wastewater/sewer, and power generation service for the new facilities. Work shall include all labor, equipment, and materials to complete all work specified in the solicitation. Upon receipt of NTP, The Contractor shall have a period of performance (POP) of 240 days to complete construction for all work specified in the solicitation. The tentative date for issuance of the solicitation is on or about 1-July-2023.
