This is a new requirement for a commercial contract for lease of five (5) Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV) to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Transatlantic Expeditionary District (USCE-TAE) (USACE-TAE) to support personnel with vehicle transportation while operating at CENTCOM AOR KUWAIT. The response date of 20 March 2022 @ 1600hrs remains unchanged. The Contractor shall lease to USACE-TAE five (5) Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV) with monthly routine and emergency maintenance to support CENTCOM AOR KUWAIT. At the time of acceptance, the Contractor shall provide only 2019 or newer vehicles with less than 20,000 KM mileage, unless approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in exchange for consideration.
