This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTICE: INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is: Terrago Technologies, Inc. doing business as TerraGo Technologies. TerraGo software is used for the creation of the GeoPDF file format. TerraGo is the creator/developer of Geospatial PDF file (GeoPDF) used by the Army Geospatial Center (AGC). The Premium Support Subscription has been purchased in the past in a sole source environment as TerraGo is the creator and sole proprietor of the GeoPDF file. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation.
