Amendment 1 - This amendment is issued to incorporate security requirements for the HADES Integration effort. The closing date for submission of unclassified responses to this amendment is 4:00 pm Central Time, Thursday, 22 December 2022. The Fixed Wing Project Office (FWPO), assigned under Program Executive Office – Aviation under the Assistant Secretary of Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA/ALT) seeks to provide manned Aerial Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (A-ISR) capability to the Army Combatant Commanders to support Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) requirements. This Request for Information (RFI) is for the development and capabilities demonstration of three, High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES) prototypes. The U.S. Government (USG) will provide the aircraft and sensors as GFE (see ANNEX A). Special purpose cable kits related to GFE sensor interconnections will also be provided by the USG. All other cabling, racks, and other associated enablers are to be assumed to be contractor furnished equipment (CFE).
