LINE ITEM NUMBER: TBD CONTRACT AWARD DATE: 17 April 2023 CONTRACTOR: Currently, the only known responsible sources for the overhaul of the Computer, Air Data is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. (CAGE Code: 78286), and L3 Aviation Products Inc. (CAGE Code: 25583). DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Computer, Air Data INPUT NSNs: P/Ns: 6610-01-614-3703 70600-01822-106 OUTPUT NSN: P/N: 6610-01-614-3703 70600-01822-106 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 5 each – Maximum 57 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 9 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are non-commercial, so FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is not a critical safety item. The Computer, Air Data is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). There is no adequate Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this overhaul effort. There is no qualification requirement for non -CSI items with no DMWR. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Proposals hand-carried, mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service will not be accepted at this time. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. One or more of the items under this acquisition are subject to Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
