This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: UH-60, Accumulator, Hydraulic INPUT P/N NSN: 1650-01-250-3767 0204-0004 1650-01-250-3767 70651-03201-104 OUTPUT P/N NSN: 1650-01-250-3767 70651-03201-104 ESTIMATED QUANTITY: Minimum 25 each – Maximum 390 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 65 each) The only known sources for the purchase of the Accumulator, Hydraulic – SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE 78286; ROCKWELL COLLINS ELECTROMECHANICAL SYSTEMS, INC, CAGE CODE 86831; AND SAFRAN ELECTRONICS & DEFENSE, AVIONICS USA, LLC, CAGE CODE 003T0. There is no DMWR available for this requirement. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the U.S Army Aviation & Missile Center. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by reviewing the SAR guidance at: http://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
