The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to complete the inspection and upgrade/overhaul. Currently the only known source due to proprietary rights for the overhaul/upgrade for the Control Unit Display is Simmonds Precision Products, INC. (CAGE Code 89305).
