Upon review of the sources that responded to the above referenced notice, the United States Government (USG), the United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) entitled "Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" for the procurement to integrate the Improved Turbine Engine (ITE) into the AH-64E Apache Helicopter to The Boeing Company, 5000 E McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215, Cage Code: 8V613.
