This notice is the pre-solicitation notice associated with sources sought notice W58RGZ-18-R-0082 (updated to W58RGZ-19-R-0072) posted on 13 December 2017 and updated 9 October 2019 to change the solicitation number. Upon review of the sources that responded to the above referenced notice, the United States Government (USG), the United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) entitled "Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" for the procurement of Engineering Services, technical support, and supporting materials for the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter to The Boeing Company, 5000 E McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215, Cage Code: 8V613. The AH-64A/D/E technical data packages are held by The Boeing Company located at 5000 E McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215. In accordance with FAR 5.2, interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above listed service are invited to submit a response by 4:00PM CST on 8 July 2019.
