This open and continuous Call seeks innovative, production-ready commercial controllers/HMIs for Group 1-3 UAS, Launched Effects, and UGVs to integrate with the USG Command and Control architecture. Submissions will be evaluated on a rolling basis, with early submissions prioritized; the Government intends to hold C2 SDK Integration events quarterly. Evaluated vendors may be invited to participate in an integration event at a Government-selected location, with access to a C2 SDK, test range, and rapid integration testing. Eligibility requires NDAA Section 848 compliance, SAM.gov/CAGE/JCP registration, NIST SP 800-171 assessment, cybersecurity compliance, and OCI disclosure. A five-page white paper is the first step; successful vendors may proceed to event participation and eventual UAS Marketplace onboarding.
