This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify businesses capable of inspecting and overhauling Antenna Assemblies, Processor Radar Targets, and Receiver-Processor Radars. The contractor must provide all necessary services, facilities, labor, parts, and materials, with delivery anticipated at 2 per month for the first two items and 10 per month for the third, starting 120 days from asset receipt. The contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ with a 60-month period of performance, but the delivery location is to be determined. The Government does not own the Technical Data Package, which is held by Lockheed Martin, so offerors must demonstrate access to it or explain how to perform the work without it.
