This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify businesses capable of inspecting and overhauling the Antenna Assembly (NSN 5985-01-670-4835). The contractor must provide all labor, parts, and equipment to accomplish the work, with an estimated quantity of 6 to 14 units, including 2 for Foreign Military Sales. The anticipated delivery schedule is 120 days from receipt of asset at a rate of 2 per month, with the delivery location to be determined. The resulting contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ with a 60-month period of performance. The government does not own the technical data package, which is held by Lockheed Martin, so offerors must demonstrate access to it or explain how to perform the work without it.
