The effort is intended for award to OEM Lockheed Martin as the only source with access to the necessary proprietary data and technical expertise. CFSRs will be located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, supporting U.S. Army units in CONUS and OCONUS with training, technical assistance, and troubleshooting/repair of the Apache Sensors portfolio. The contract includes surge provisions, with surge support to be ordered by task orders based on months of support required. The Government projects contract award in February 2027, with a 60-month period of performance from award unless extended under FAR 52.217-8.
