The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to procure the following assets: Noun:Hoisting Unit, Aircraft NSN: 1730-01-161-8623 P/N: 1353AS100-1 Estimated Quantity: 25 Maximum The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a single-award, Firm Fixed Price, One Time Buy (OTB), with maximum quantities listed above. Three responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency's requirement. The Boeing Company is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), but as such has authroized the use of its technical data to Warren Machine Technology Inc. and Deval Life Cycle Support LLC. Interested parties must have secured the rights to the technical data package to provide for this acquistion. If a new source acquires the proprietary data from the approved OEM during the contract period of performance, the new source can compete in future procurements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis. Technical Data can only be procured by the three approved sources. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI).
