This is a non-critical safety item. There is no DMWR. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. The procurement will be a 100% small business set aside. Only contractors registered as small business under the NAICS code may respond to the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government does not have the necessary access to the technical data needed to complete the requirement.
