These items are not commercial items; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is listed as a non-critical safety item. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside with required registration as a small business under NAICS code 336413. There is a DMWR (1-1620-247). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
