SOURCES SOUGHT W58RGZ-25-R-0131 OVERHAUL OF THE SHAFT ASSY, DRIVE UH-60 INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (W58RGZ) ATTN: CCAM- ALB, Building 5303, Martin Road Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 (US) is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide inspection and Overhaul of the SHAFT ASSY, DRIVE, Input and Output- NSN: 1615-01-081-2775, PN: 70361-03001-045. The resulting contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price, One Time Buy (OTB), one year contract, with a QTY of 60ea. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes and other sources are identified/approved by Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) as approved sources to overhaul this critical safety item. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires that contractors be able approved sources by SRD and provide all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the SHAFT ASSY, DRIVE with the specifications listed above, and to return the items to condition code A as defined by Army Regulation 725-50. Upon completion of the overhaul, the items shall be packaged and shipped to the required destination(s). SHAFT ASSY, DRIVE is a Critical Safety Item and it has a DMWR (1-1615-285) which is available. SOURCE(S) UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE THIS PART This item is a Critical Safety Item. A current DMWR is available. This item has been classified as a non-commercial item. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 336413 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1250. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 1615. The only known Systems Readiness Directorate approved source for this item is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. (Cage: 78286).
