Sources Sought W58RGZ-25-R-0121 Overhaul of the Searchlight for the UH-60 Blackhawk INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (W58RGZ) ATTN: CCAM-ALB, Building 5303, Martin Road Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 (US) is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources so the Government can purchase overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Searchlight INPUT NSN: 6230-01-653-9052 P/N 727-1198/02 OUTPUT NSN: 6230-01-653-9052 P/N 727-1198/02 The resulting contract will be a 3 year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, firm fixed- price contract. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought notice/market research, this requirement may be procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires that contractors be able to overhaul and deliver the Searchlight, with Part Number 727-1198/02, or NSN: 6230-01-653-9052. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The data needed to overhaul this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for competitive solicitation. Tech Data is unavailable. SOURCE(S) UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE THIS PART: This item is not a Critical Safety item (CSI). This part has never been overhauled before. There is no DMWR. The only known source is SIRIO Panel, Inc. (CAGE Code 7AW54). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 and the size standard is 600 employees. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties who have the capability to provide the item listed above submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11-inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the products/systems. This is not a substitute for submitting a SAR request. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the required products/systems, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, primary points of contact (POCs) and their email address, Web site address, telephone number, and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the requirements of this notice, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
