This is a Pre-solicitation notice. A Sources Sought notice was posted on December 7, 2023, tracking number W58RGZ-23-R-XXXX. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone (ACC-R) proposes to issue a contract for the production of up to 255 UH-60 helicopters over five fiscal years (FYs), from FY 2027 through FY 2031, including associated mission flexibility kits, related support, services, systems/project management, training, publications, and technical data. This acquisition will be awarded as a five-year multiyear contract with an estimated base quantity of 100 to 120 aircraft and options for an additional 135 to 155 aircraft. These additional options will be available to support other Department of Defense requirements, other Government agency requirements, and Foreign Military Sales. ACC-R anticipates this acquisition will be sole sourced to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615, CAGE Code: 78286, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). Anticipated award date is December 2026.
