The Army Contracting Command - Redstone proposes to issue solicitation number W58RGZ-24-R-0062 for a new), five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This award is for purchase of the Crew Specific Kit, part number 1005850-1-2, and the Personal Restraint Tether, Attenuating, short and long, part numbers 10181553-1-1 (short) and 10181553-1-3 (long) in support of US Army requirements. The action is a sole source requirement for the needs to procure up to 24,000 units and associated services. Pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3204 (a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)” Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”.
