The U.S. Government is seeking sources to procure. Nomenclature: WHEEL and BRAKE ASSY – MAIN LANDING GEAR NSN: 1630-01-290-5740 PN: 7-311221000 Estimated Quantity (QTY) 215 Each Minimum – 1300 Each Maximum The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to supply Wheel, Landing Gear, NSN: 1630-01-290-5740. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 3,477 employees. The WHEEL and BRAKE ASSY – MAIN LANDING GEAR is Not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The Government does NOT own the technical data package (TDP) for this action. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The Government has access to the data but does not own the rights to the data. The rights ownership has been verified through the Project Management Office. Reverse engineering is not feasible. Interested offerors responding to this notice must be an approved source and able to demonstrate that they have access to the TDP or how the requirements can be accomplished without having this data available and without incurring significant additional costs. Currently the known approved sources for the repair of the Wheel, Landing Gear, are: The Boeing Company (CAGE 8V613), 5000 E McDowell Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215; Parker-Hannifin Corp (CAGE 33269), 1160 Center Rd, Avon, OH 44011; Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems Corporation (CAGE 0B9R9), 1204 Massillon Road Akron, Ohio 44306-4188; and National Machine Company (CAGE 6L817), 4880 Hudson Dr, Stow, OH 44224. Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 20/month beginning in July 2027. Delivery Location: The anticipated delivery address is: SU W1A8 DLA DISTRIBUTION DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY 2001 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134 NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002 This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14, Sealed Bidding. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract) with a 5-year period of performance with five priced ordering periods. This sources sought notice. No contract award will result from this Sources Sought notice, and it does not constitute a commitment by the Government.
