The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and Overhaul of the Head, Rotary Wing. The Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1615-312, Revision Date: 07/09/2010, Change #1 for NSN: 1615-01-512-0889 is available for this action. Nomenclature: Head, Rotary Wing Input NSN: 1615-01-512-0889 PN: 7-311411003-625 Output NSN: 1615-01-512-0889 PN: 7-311411003-625 Estimated Quantity (QTY) 60 Each Minimum - 360 Each Maximum Maximum QTY includes FMS QTY of 60 EA. This is a critical safety item (CSI). Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 90 days from receipt of asset. Delivery Location: TBD This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14, Sealed Bidding. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract) with a 60 month period of performance with five priced ordering periods. The Head, Rotary Wing is a Critical Safety Items (CSI) as defined by DFARS 209.270-2. As such, the overhaul can only be performed by an approved source. Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) 1-1615-312 has been identified for this requirement. Currently the known approved sources for the overhaul of the Head, Rotary Wing are The Boeing Company (CAGE Code: 8V613), PCX Aerostructures, LLC-Newington (CAGE Code 82001), AAR Aircraft Component Services-New York (CAGE Code 3Y015), and Professional Aircraft Accessories Inc. (CAGE Code 08XL0). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the M&O SAR Guidance. Offerors are advised: THE GOVERNMENT FULLY INTENDS TO EVALUATE PROPOSALS AND AWARD THE CONTRACT WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS WITH OFFERORS.
