Notice of total Small Business set-aside for Pump, Submerged, Aircraft : competition for this action is open to all responsible firms who qualify as a small business under NAICS code 336412. and the size standard is 1500 employees. Only bidders registered as a Small Business for NAICS code 336412 in the Small Business Administrations (SBA) Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) website are eligible to submit a bid. If a bidder that does not have NAICS Code 336412 submits a bid, the bid will be deemed non-responsive and shall not be considered for award. In addition, the awardee of the resultant contract must be registered with NAICS code 333412 at the time of award. This will be a 5 year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Maintenance and Overhaul (M&O), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract pursuant to far 52.216-22. This solicitation is for an Invitation For Bids (IFB) for resulting contract award to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be the most advantageous to the Government considering only price and any price-related factors included herein IAW FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding.
