The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Control Assembly INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1660-01-115-3636 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: B65C30 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 60 each - Maximum 504 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quanatity of 84 each) This contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. This is a Full and Open competition under NAICS 336413. Only bidders with NAICS Code 336413 registered in SAM.gov are eligible to submit a bid. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Email offers to Susan Bryan, susan.m.bryan.civ@army.mil. The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the Overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Control Assembly INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1660-01-115-3636 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: B65C30 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 60 each – Maximum 504 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 84 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are non-commercial, so FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Destination. There is a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this requirement, DMWR-55-1680-225, Revision Date: 01/09/2015, No Change #. The DMWR is adequate for Full and Open Competition for the overhaul of the Control Assembly. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This is a Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
