The solicitation number is W58RGZ-24-B-0002. This requirement will be awarded using Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Electromec Actuator Input NSN/Output NSN: 1680-01-117-1331 Input PN/ Output PN: 145C6100-3 ESTIMATED QTY Range: 40 Minimum - 840 Maximum (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantity of 140 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1250 employees. The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract with the minimum/ maximum quantities listed above. These items are non-commercial, so FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. There is a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this requirement, DMWR -55-1680-350, Revision date 03/14/14, No Change #. The DMWR is adequate for Full and Open Competition for the overhaul of the Control Assembly. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This is a Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.
