The updated Solicitation... THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/SYNOPSIS This Synopsis is an update for a previously released Draft Request for Proposal W58RGZ-22-R-0132. This is the not a new requirement. The updated Solicitation number to W58RGZ-23-R-0082 is administrative for the new fiscal year. The US Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO), is issuing this synopsis for information purposes only for solicitation W58RGZ-23-R-0082, for the procurement of UH-60V Electrical A-Kits, which will encompass the electrical wiring components necessary for the conversion of UH-60L Helicopters to the UH60V configuration. This requirement is a 100% small business pool competitive acquisition based on responses received from a Request for Information (RFI) PANRSA-21-P-0000 011191 issued on 12 July 2021, and a Draft Request for Proposal W58RGZ-22-R-0132 issued on August 11, 2022. The anticipated contract will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, five-year Firm Fixed Price contract. It will consist of one (1), five-year ordering period with a minimum order of 10 (one (1) first article and nine (9) production). The maximum total number of kits is 240 kits. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 – Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, the Product Service Code (PSC) is 1680- Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories and Components. The Small Business (SB) size standard is 1250 employees. The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about February 19, 2023. This solicitation, as well as any amendments, will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. This Solicitation will be Posted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.
