The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and Overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Signal Processor Input/Output NSN: 1680-01-123-7643 Input/Output Part Number: 414VS806-6 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 40 – Maximum 288 each Maximum of 288 each includes quantity of 240 US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 48 each The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. Signal Processor is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) -55-1680-342, Revision date 11/15/2016 has been identified for this requirement. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
