The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and Overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Signal, Conditioner Input NSN: 1680-01-108-3490 Output NSN: 1680-01-108-3490 Input P/N: 114VS808-1 Output P/N: 114VS808-1 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 15 each – Maximum 138 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 23 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. Conditioner Signal is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) -55-1680-342, Revision date 11/15/2016 has been identified for this requirement. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.

The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with Government specifications.
