The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Fan, Vaneaxial INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 4140-01-295-8143 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 145HS202-7 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 each - Maximum 156 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quanatity of 26 each) This contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. This is a Full and Open competition under NAICS 333413. Only bidders with NAICS Code 333413 registered in SAM.gov are eligible to submit a bid. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a Full and Open acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Fan, Vaneaxial INPUT / OUTPUT NSN: 4140-01-295-8143 INPUT / OUTPUT PN: 145HS202-7 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 each – Maximum 156 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 26 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. These items are non-commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. The NSN is not a critical safety item and Depot Maintenance Work Requirement DMWR-55-4140-223, Revision Date: 06/07/2013, is available for this overhaul. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings.
