The purpose of this notice is to announce the Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to solicit, negotiate, and execute a (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract with Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, dba Hamilton Aerospace Technologies (CAGE Code 0CAM5) or Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE Code 78286) for overhaul of the following: NOMENCLATURE: Overhaul, Control Indicator, UH60 Blackhawk INPUT NSN INPUT P/Ns 5895-01-324-2233 11352-1 5895-01-390-0280 11352-2 5895-01-324-2233 70550-02126-108 5895-01-390-0280 70550-02126-110 OUTPUT NSN OUTPUT P/N 5895-01-390-0280 70550-02126-110 The minimum / maximum quantities are as follows: ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 165 each – Maximum 990 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 165 each) The Control Indicator is noncommercial. FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. This is not a Critical Safety Item. The Government has no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) to upgrade/overhaul the subject item. Therefore, the overhaul must be accomplished by either Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, dba Hamilton Aerospace Technologies or Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, the who are the only approved sources to repair this item. No solicitation package will be publically issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
