The maximum quantity includes 35 reserved for Foreign Military Sales. This is a Full and Open competition under NAICS 336413. Only bidders with NAICS Code 336413 registered in SAM.gov are eligible to submit a bid. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
