The purpose of this notice is to announce the Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to solicit, negotiate, and execute a (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract with AAR Aircraft Component Services (3Y015), Honeywell Intl Inc. (59364), or General Electric Company (99207) for overhaul of the following: NOMENCLATURE: Overhaul, Anti-Icing Valve for the T700 Engine INPUT NSN INPUT P/N 2995-01-460-1334 5066T38G07 2995-01-460-1334 5066T38G08 2995-01-652-3514 5066T38G09 OUTPUT NSN OUTPUT P/N 2995-01-652-3514 5066T38G09 The minimum / maximum quantities are as follows: ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 350 each – Maximum 2,580 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 430 each). The Anti-Icing Valve is noncommercial. FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. This NSN is listed as a Critical Safety Item. There is an adequate Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) available at this time to make this a limited competitive requirement. Therefore, the overhaul must be accomplished by either the Original Equipment Manufacturer Honeywell Intl, AAR Aircraft Component Services or General Electric who are the only approved sources to repair this item. No solicitation package will be publically issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approved source by following the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by email to eric.l,tippit.civ@army.mil. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
