The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and Overhaul/Upgrade for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Indicator, Multiple Input / Output NSN: 6680-01-554-2978 Input/Output P/N: 8KE88TAC1 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 each – Maximum 72 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 12 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. These items are not commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This procurement is restricted to: Ametek Aerospace (CAGE Code: 3VJA2) The NSN is not a critical safety item and Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) is not available for this overhaul. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
