The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and Overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Data Display Group Input/Output NSN: 6625-01-325-3390 Input/Output P/N: 29314106 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 each – Maximum 67 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 11 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 and the size standard is 750 employees. The proposed procurement is sole sourced to GE Aviation Systems, LLC, CAGE code 35012, the only known source capable of performing this work in the timeframe required to satisfy the U.S. Army's minimum needs. The Data Display Group is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement available to overhaul the item. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Data Display Group INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 6625-01-325-3390 INPUT/OUTPUT PN: 29314106 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 each – Maximum 67 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 11 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. These items are commercial; FAR Part 12 will be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This procurement is restricted to: GE AVIATION SYSTEMS LLC (CAGE Code: 35012) The NSN is not a critical safety item and Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) is not available for this overhaul. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings.
