(Foreign Military Sales (FMS) are not associated with this requirement.) The proposed contractual action will be a Firm Fixed Price, One-Time Buy Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with quantity details listed above. These items are non-commercial, so FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. DMWR 1-2835-209, Revision Date: 02/28/2012, Change #1 has been identified for this effort. The Power Unit, Gas Turbine is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Due to the nature of this one-time purchase, the Government’s minimum needs for the overhaul of the Power Unit, Gas Turbine, can only be met by AAR Allen Services, Inc. (CAGE Code 3Y015. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approved source by following the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by email to zenita.n.dale.civ@army.mil. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
