The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and Overhaul/Upgrade for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Power Supply Module Input / Output NSN: 6130-01-611-3108 Input/Output P/N: 822-2487-001 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 40 each – Maximum 648 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 108 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Power Supply Module is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement available to overhaul the item. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul/upgrade of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Power Supply Module INPUT NSN: 6130-01-611-3108 P/N: 822-2487-001 OUTPUT NSN: 6130-01-611-3108 P/N:822-2487-001 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 40 each – Maximum 648 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 108 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. These items are commercial; FAR Part 12 will be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This procurement is restricted to: Rockwell Collins, Inc.
