The purpose of this notice is to announce the Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to solicit, negotiate, and execute a (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract with Simmonds Precision Products, Inc., 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT 05491-1008 (CAGE Code 89305) for overhaul of the following: NOMENCLATURE: UH-60, Digital Computer, DI INPUT NSN: 1680-01-566-0366 OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-566-0366 INPUT P/N: 30279-0302 OUTPUT P/N: 30279-0302 The minimum / maximum quantities are as follows: ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 40 each – Maximum 624 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 104 each) This item is noncommercial. FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. This NSN is NOT a Critical Safety Item. No adequate Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) is available for the overhaul of the item and there are no complete procedures to perform a full overhaul/upgrade process on Digital Computer, DI. Therefore, the overhaul must be accomplished by the Original Equipment Manufacturer [Simmonds Precision Products, Inc.], who is the only approved source to repair this item.
