The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the Overhaul/Upgrade of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Starter, Engine INPUT NSNs: P/Ns: 2995-01-208-7809 3505300-6-1 2995-01-464-4318 3505300-9-1 2995-01-676-7405 3505300-10 OUTPUT NSN: P/N: 2995-01-01676-7405 3505300-10 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 500 each – Maximum 5,400 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 900 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are commercial, so FAR Part 12 will be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. No DMWR has been identified for this effort. Currently, the only known approved source for the repair data for the Starter, Engine is Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE Code: 59364). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approved source by following the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by email to zenita.n.dale.civ@army.mil. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
