The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed price contract, a minimum quantity of 8 each and a maximum quantity of 20 each of a Tester, Spring Resil; NSN: 6635-01-698-8698; Part Number: 050-0000-0020-00 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 8 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. The required delivery of the Tester, Spring Resil is 2 per month. Larson Systems, Inc. (CAGE Code: 0PWK9), 13847 Aberdeen St Ne, Ham Lake, MN 55304-6789 is the only known source identified as having the essential qualifications and access to the technical data required to meet the Government’s requirements. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this item from additional sources. All offerors must have the ability to procure the requisite proprietary data from Larson Systems, Inc. in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approved source by following the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
