The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following items: NOMENCLATURE: Forward Cell Fuel Pump Assembly INPUT NSNs: P/Ns: 2915-01-471-6734 114P4111-5 OUTPUT NSN: P/N: 2915-01-471-6734 114P4111-5 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 20 each – Maximum 120 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 20 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are non-commercial, so FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. No DMWR has been identified for this effort. Currently, the only known approved source for the repair data for the Forward Cell Fuel Pump Assembly is, The Boeing Company (CAGE Code: 77272). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approved source by following the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by email to carrie.l.samuels.civ@army.mil. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.

This requirement is a 5 year Sole Source Maintenance and Overhaul, with the following specifications. NOMENCLATURE: Forward Cell Fuel Pump Assembly Input/Output NSN: 2915-01-471-6734 Input/Output P/N: 114P4111-5 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 20 – Maximum 120 (Maximum Quantity includes 20 Foreign Military Sales (FMS)) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336412 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. The Forward Cell Fuel Pump Assembly is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). There is not an adequate Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for the Forward Cell Fuel Pump Assembly, therefore, this requirement is restricted to approved sources only. The approved source is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), The Boeing Company (CAGE 77272).
