The maximum quantity includes 18 reserved for Foreign Military Sales. This is a Full and Open competition under NAICs 336413. Only bidders with NAICs Code 336413 registered in SAM.gov are eligible to submit a bid. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The DMWR is adequate for Full and Open Competition for the overhaul of the Valve Hoist Control. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required.
