The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Shock Strut Assembly INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1620-00-869-2418 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 114L2331-2 ESTIMATED QTY Range: 20 Minimum - 600 Maximum (includes 100 FMS) This contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract with minimum and maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICs 336413, All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the Overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Shock Strut Assembly INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1620-00-869-2418 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 114L2331-2 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 20 each – Maximum 600 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 100 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are non-commercial, so FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. There is a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this requirement, DMWR-55-1620-225, Revision Date: 09/09/2013, No Change #. The DMWR is adequate for 100% Small Business Set-Aside for the overhaul of the Shock Strut Assembly. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required.
