The maximum quantity includes 10 reserved for Foreign Military Sales. This is a Full and Open competition under NAICs 336310. Only bidders with NAICs Code 336310 registered in SAM.gov are eligible to submit a bid. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
