The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Motor, Hydraulic Unit INPUT NSN: 4320-01-114-2160 INPUT P/N: 145HS140-9 OUTPUT NSN: 4320-01-114-2160 OUTPUT P/N: 145HS140-9 ESTIMATED QTY Range: 15 Minimum - 498 Maximum This contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract with minimum and maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICs 333996. These items are non-commercial, so FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin.
