This effort is in reference to prior Solicitation W58RGZ-20-R-0165. ****ATTENTION**** ALL FORM COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Meagan Melton, Contract Specialist, CCAM-ALA via meagan.m.melton.civ@mail.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. This effort will be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Actuator, Electro-Me INPUT NSN: 1680-01-120-7641 OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-120-7641 INPUT P/N: 145CS114-2 OUTPUT P/N: 145CS114-2 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 30 each – Maximum 516 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 86 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for FMS. The actuator, Electro-Me is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) 55-1680-289, Revision Date: 07/19/2013, is adequate to support the overhaul of the Actuator, Electro-Me, however, because this item is a CSI overhaul can only be performed by the approved sources. Currently the only known approved sources for the overhaul data for the Actuator, Electro-Me are The Boeing Company (CAGE: 77272) and Professional Aircraft Accessories Inc. (PAA) (CAGE: 08XL0). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis.
