The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal anticipates an award of a new follow-on Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price orders may be awarded for BLACK HAWK support services on sole-source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, a Lockheed Martin Company (Sikorsky), 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT, 06614-1385, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 78286. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Support Services Contract is in support of all variants of the H-60 aircraft for the Army, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Other Government Agencies, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The expected period of performance is June 2024 through June 2029. The subject efforts includes but is not limited to engineering services to support all versions and variants of the H-60 helicopters in the functional areas of engineering, prototype manufacture, program management, component and sub-system integration and qualification, product assurance, test, configuration management and logistics.
