The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to complete the inspection, overhaul, and upgrade of the following Winch, Aircraft Mounted: WEAPON SYSTEM: UH-60 MEDEVAC NOUN: Winch, Aircraft Mounted INPUT NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER (NSN): 1680-01-505-3913 INPUT PART NUMBER 1: BL-29900-30-01 INPUT PART NUMBER 2: BL-13090-3 INPUT PART NUMBER 3: S7020-02801-109 OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-505-3913 OUTPUT PART NUMBER: BL-29900-30-1 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: 15 each Minimum – 75 each Maximum The U. S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to award a new 5 year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Maintenance and Overhaul contract. This requirement is for commercial items and FAR Part 12 will be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Destination. This NSN is not a critical safety item. This action will be restricted to the following approved sources: Breeze Eastern LLC (CAGE Code: 08484) and Sikorsky Aircraft (CAGE Code: 78286), under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), “Only One Reasonable Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. There are no other adequate Source of Repairs for Maintenances and Overhaul. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with the contractor overhaul specifications and drawings. There will be no solicitation issued in beta.sam.gov. This notice is not a request for proposal; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
