The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Property) necessary to complete the inspection, overhaul, and upgrade of the following Turret Assembly, Infrared: WEAPON SYSTEM: UH-60 MEDEVAC NOUN: Turret Assembly, Infrared INPUT National Stock Number (NSN): 5855-01-614-8082 INPUT Part Number 1: 25572-201 INPUT Part Number 2: 26280-200 OUTPUT Part Number: 26280-200 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: 19 each Minimum – 80 each Maximum The U. S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to award a new 5 year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Maintenance and Overhaul contract. This requirement is for commercial items and FAR Part 12 will be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Destination. This NSN is not a critical safety item. This action will be sole source to FLIR Systems, Inc. (CAGE Code: 3UVR3), under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), “Only One Reasonable Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. There is no adequate Depot Maintenance Work Requirement for this overhaul. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with the contractor overhaul specifications and drawings. There will be no solicitation issued in beta.sam.gov.
