The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a requirement for FY 2021- FY 2026 procurement of Gray Eagle MQ-1C Extended Range (ER) production hardware. The FY 2021 - FY 2026 procurement is anticipated to be a new sole source FFP contract. The new production hardware contract will include an anticipated FY 2021 base quantity of 15 each MQ-1C ER aircraft, 15 each multi-band SADTs, and 1 Lot of GFE Maintenance and Repair, with options in FY 2022 -FY 2027 to procure an additional 6 per option year 28 (maximum) each MQ-1C ER aircraft, 6 per option year 28 (maximum) each SADTs, and 1 per option year 6 (maximum) Lots of GFE Maintenance and Repair. It is anticipated that this effort will be awarded in FY 2021. The estimated delivery schedule is seventy two months after award date. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented byt Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) and 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) entitled only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Justification and Approval applies to other than full and open competition basis. This requirement is sole source to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., 14200 Kirkham Way, Poway, CA 92064. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation. However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
