This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items "Bell Huey II" aircraft spares, prepared in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information attached to this solicitation, such as: Attachment 0001, titled "Statement of Work" (SOW), dated 25 May 2021; Attachment 0002, titled "Document Summary List", dated 25 May 2021 and Attachment 0003, titled " Spare Parts List", dated 16 February 2021. Additionally, Brand Name Justification and Approval of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Spare Parts is accompanying this solicitation.
